Course Description
The Allergies course explores the growing impact of allergic conditions on overall health and quality of life, examining them through a holistic, faith-informed lens. Students will learn to distinguish clearly between true allergies, food sensitivities, and intolerances, while gaining an understanding of how environmental, dietary, and lifestyle factors contribute to allergic responses. Emphasis is placed on identifying root causes rather than merely managing symptoms, empowering students to support the body’s God-designed ability to heal and maintain balance.
Through practical instruction and evidence-based study, this course equips students with the knowledge and tools needed to assess, manage, and prevent allergic reactions safely and effectively. Students will explore natural, nutritional, and lifestyle-based strategies that promote resilience, reduce inflammation, and support long-term wellness.
