Program Description
This program provides a comprehensive foundation in human biology, nutrition science, and holistic health principles to support disease prevention and overall wellness. This program equips students with practical, evidence-informed knowledge to assess dietary needs, promote healthy lifestyles, and support individuals across various stages of life. Designed for online learning, the diploma prepares graduates to pursue meaningful careers or further studies in nutrition, health, and wellness fields.
One Year – Virtual Classes (2 days/week) Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00 – 8:50 pm.
Students will learn:
- Foundational knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and cellular health
- Core principles of nutrition, digestion, and metabolism
- The role of nutrition in disease prevention and long-term wellness
- How diet, lifestyle, and environmental factors influence health outcomes
- Nutritional needs across the life cycle, including pediatric, geriatric, and active populations

The Diploma in Nutrition brings together science, practical application, and holistic principles to prepare students for meaningful impact in health and wellness.
